Drop Off and Pick up Procedures:
Signing in and signing out is required for the safety and supervision of the children. Always be sure that the teacher is aware when your child arrives and before taking your child from the class. Please call if your child will be absent or late.
If someone other than persons whose names are listed on the authorized pick up list is going to pick up your child, we must have your written permission in advance. Adults listed on your pick up list must show a picture ID before they will be allowed to sign your child out of the center. Please let the teacher know if there is a change in your routine pick up plan.
Late Pick Up:
We ask that parents make every effort to observe their class hours and closing time. If you are late, staff will attempt to reach parents and emergency contacts by phone.
Family Contact Information:
We need updated emergency contacts and names, ID, and phone numbers of persons who have permission to pick up your child. Please keep our office informed of any changes. Parents are given a Student Emergency Card that must be submitted to the office within a week of child’s admission into the program.
