The role of the teachers in the Reggio methodology that Alianza adheres to is one of constant formation and reflexion, where ongoing professional development is key. We offer opportunities for professional development in teaching and learning workshops aiming to attain the highest professional development in all levels.
Faculty members are also enriched by opportunities to work collaboratively with more experienced colleagues from other campuses with whom they share experiences and teaching resources.
